The NRGI Extranet was ahead of its time when released to our Distributors. It was designed to allow Distributors worldwide 24 hour access to the facilities offered by NRGI. With the obvious problems caused by many of our Distributors being in different time zones, we were able to ensure that this no longer meant that the Distributor had to wait to place orders; download order/product information; review their account status; book training courses etc.

Being a major player in a cutting edge industry, NRGI knew that the only way to stay ahead of the pack is through a combination of innovation and quality service. This we have achieved with our Extranet.

In recognition of this achievement NRGI was chosen as the recipient of the 1999 G-Mex eBusiness Award for business excellence in electronic business arena. NRGI beat a number of international banks, government departments and other businesses in Guernsey to secure the award.

NRGI has continued to improve the functionality of its Distributor Extranet, which is now used for the processing of 98% of all Distributor orders. With a Distributor base spread as far as Nepal, the need for instant access to all NRGI facilities is paramount to the successful operation of our Distributors.
